At Ranger Ridge, we are deeply committed to advancing wildlife conservation, ethical hunting, and meaningful ministry. We intentionally partner with organizations that share these values, building relationships that strengthen both the land and the people connected to it. Our mission extends beyond stewardship of the preserve - we are equally dedicated to supporting our local community by investing in local businesses, schools, and essential services such as our fire department and sheriff’s office.
Through these partnerships, we aim to create lasting impact, ensuring Ranger Ridge contributes not only to conservation, but to the wellbeing and growth of the broader community.
An Equestrian’s Paradise
Horse enthusiasts will enjoy our beautiful Equestrian Center as well as private riding trails throughout our Estates, mountain and creek areas. We have gentle trail horses for kids and the beginning rider as well as a trainer for lessons and wranglers to lead trail rides and gather and saddle your horses that you can board full time on the ranch. Our trails along the creek are scenic and gentle and for the more adventurous rider, the network of trails through our mountain range will evoke feelings of New Mexico or Colorado, just without the altitude!
Big Game
At Ranger Ridge, we have more than 60 species of exotic animals roaming the ranch with many including whitetail deer and turkeys having called this area home for centuries. Whether you are a hunter or just want to go for a safari game drive, at Ranger Ridge you’ll find what you’re looking for.
Hone Your Shooting Skills
We have sports and game for all types and levels of shooting enthusiast. For the Shotgunner we have separate skeet, trap, 5 Stand, and sporting clays courses. For the rifle shooter there are separate 50, 100, and 700-yard ranges where you can shoot from a bench, standing or prone. For the pistol shooter there is a 25-yard tactical course with steel targets to test your skills. All of the ranges have clays, targets and paint at your disposal as part of your membership. When you want to take a break or simply relax and watch others, we have a shooting sports lounge that feels like a living room but surrounded by glass and a second-level observation deck where you can watch your kids as you relax.
Outlaw Membership
The Outlaw Membership is an add-on to the Outdoorsman Membership and includes all the Outdoorsman Membership privileges in addition to:
- Full access and unlimited use of the Preserve for fishing, dove and duck hunting
- Boat use and access to both Freedom and Liberty Lakes
- Use of all shooting ranges
Reservations are required for any shooting range lanes and skeet courses, dove and duck hunting and boat rental. In the Preserve, the Mesa pasture will only be accessible through a reservation.
Cowboy Membership
The Cowboy Membership includes a total of 15 hours of riding time per month utilizing The Club’s ranch horses. Hours not used in any month can be rolled over to subsequent months within any membership year. Up to 60 hours may be carried over into the following membership year.
Additional riding hours, lessons, guided trail rides and wrangle services will also be available based on The Club’s current pricing schedule for such services. All trail rides on The Club’s horses are guided with a minimum of four riders required, or the hourly wrangler rate applies.

Hunter Membership
In addition to all Outdoorsman membership privileges, Hunter members gain exclusive access to big game/exotic privileges on the Ranger Ridge Preserve. Only a limited number of special Big Game hunting memberships are available.
Payment of the Hunter annual membership serves to reserve one of the limited hunting memberships. All of the Hunter base dues are treated as a pre-commitment or credit toward animal harvest fees.
Periodically, the club will publish an animal price list (subject to change) that Members may reference to determine pricing by animal. Pricing is based on surveys of harvest fees charged by comparable high-quality game ranches, if available, and/or other factors Club Management considers reasonable, such as costs and rarity of each breed.

A Texan’s Outdoor and Hunting Paradise
At Ranger Ridge, our founders’ goal was to provide the excitement and variety of international hunting without all the travel. We are driven by a family first mindset, and we set out to create an environment and experience that doesn’t require you to fly to a remote part of the world and leave your family for a week or more just to enjoy hunting amazing species. We wanted to teach and experience these passions with our own families while also passing this legacy on to future generations.
From the beginning, our planners envisioned Ranger Ridge as a haven offering exciting opportunities for serious hunters, engaging outings for those new to hunting sports, and adventure for outdoor enthusiasts both experienced and new. An exceptional refuge that is close to home and that delivers a country club ease of use.
Ranger Ridge features more than 60 different species of exotic game from around the globe across three separate pastures: Mesa, Savannah, and Mountain. These three pastures in the 1,800-acre preserve are made possible by the varied ranch habitat and topography. The diversity of Ranger Ridge allows us to perfectly simulate the natural range of the different native and exotic species that call the property home.
