Ranger Ridge Estates consists of five- to seven-acre parcels available for purchase. The master-planned community has been meticulously designed to enable each parcel to take advantage of more than 300 acres of common open area. Amenities at Ranger Ridge
Estates Clubhouse
The Estates Clubhouse is located in the heart of the Estates residential community on the banks of the largest lake on the ranch. Enjoy sunsets over the Palo Pinto mountains while relaxing in the pool, hot tub or around the outdoor bar and fireplaces. The Clubhouse will also be the perfect place for watching games or spending time with friends and family with its inviting living room-like atmosphere complete with a bar, beverage lockers, and kitchen. Members also have access to a workout area equipped with a variety of exercise equipment. A separate game room with pool tables and other games along with the sport court will give the kids a place to have fun and burn off energy. It will also feature a swimming dock with complementary paddleboards and boats for exercise or fishing. Large covered porches allow for relaxing and taking in the incredible views.
Equestrian Facilities
The Equine Facilities features stables, a full size roping arena, an elevated lounge area for viewing and relaxing, and more than 40 acres of pasture and riding space. From the Stables, riders can access more than 50 miles of riding trails throughout the estates, including creek and mountain trails for all skill levels. The rustic design of the stable and arena structures was inspired by the landscape and the independent spirit of the frontiersman who settled the land.
Fishing & Boat Dock
Just below the Clubhouse is 20-acre Freedom Lake, which has a covered fishing and boat dock is the perfect spot to enjoy a lazy afternoon of fishing, kayaking or maybe even taking a cool dip. The lake is professionally stocked and designed with a breeding habitat to ensure members have access to some of the largest bass available in Texas. Electric driven center console bay fishing boats are available for the angling pleasure of our members. The dock has 2,000 square feet of coverage and elevated areas for relaxing and enjoying a variety of water sports.
The relaxing family friendly atmosphere helps create wonderful opportunities to catch up with the older kids and pass on the lessons of the outdoors to a younger generation. The unique roof opens up to the expanse of the sky and built-in seating provides a space for relaxation while enjoying the water and the ever-present Ridge as a backdrop.
Shooting Range
An expertly designed facility offering a sport for all ages and skill levels. The separate 700 yard long range, 100 yard, and 50 yard rifle ranges as well as the 25 yard pistol and bow hunting range all have well-appointed steel and tactical targets for sighting in scopes or honing your shooting skills for your next hunt. There are a variety of shotgun games including separate Skeet, Trap, 5 Stand, and Sporting Clays courses, all of which are loaded with unlimited targets included with your membership. Finally, a bow range where you will have various levels to tune your skills with a bow at different heights and distances. Shooting sports safety is of the utmost importance, which is why we’re excited to offer training courses for shooters of all ages provided by military snipers and experienced shooters. Unmatched Hunting & Outdoor Experiences
Attached to the 800 acres of Estate home sites and common areas are 2,200 acres of pristine country, forming the heart of the Ranger Ridge Preserve. This area is home to over 60 species of exotic animals and numerous native species, including whitetail deer and turkeys. For shotgunners, the Preserve offers fast-action hunting in dedicated dove and upland bird fields, as well as expertly designed skeet, Trap, Five Stand, and Sporting Clays ranges. Additionally, wing-shooting opportunities for upland birds such as pheasant, chucker, and quail are available.

The property boasts over 20 bodies of water, including five lakes of six acres or larger. The 20-acre Freedom Lake, the key water feature of the ranch, is overlooked by our well-appointed and luxurious clubhouse. All lakes are fully stocked and professionally managed to offer world-class fishing and attract a variety of waterfowl and game.
